This applies to any of the following:  `1.  a copy of a previous reading (if recorded), 2. a copy of a scheduled reading, or 3. a copy of a reading made from or about to be made from 'reading gift card' purchase.   If you need a copy of a previous reading that was recorded, to help find it we'll need your full name and approximately when the reading was made if the exact date is not known.
