I,  Ron Evangelista, as the person providing your reading(s),  am not a medical professional, attorney, accountant or any other licensed professional, and can not give medical, legal, or tax advice. Any information or advice I may give during your readings is not to be used by you in place of any medical, legal, tax or financial advice or diagnosis from qualified and licensed professionals in those fields. My readings, may they be in person, by phone, fax or email are intended to offer insight into your personal life and do not in any way constitute medical, legal, tax or financial advice. I will not be held liable for any damages resulting from the use of this website or as a result of any reading or appointment with me, or any persons or events related thereto, and/or any actions or decisions that you may make as a result, including without limitation, actual, incidental and/or consequential damages resulting from any claims resulting from any act or omission, negligence, fraudulent misrepresentation or otherwise, including without limitation, personal injury, death, loss of income, stress (emotional or otherwise), errors or omissions, or otherwise.  By setting an appointment to receive your reading(s) constitutes that you have agreed with these terms and conditions.

Also in regards to my Chakra and Reiki session,  I am not a licensed practitioner of medical care.  My attempts in these healing sessions in regards to working with and for people and/or  animals is complementary to medical care.  Healing is always healing, often, and not always, curing. Also, I will never know what will be the final results of these sessions and it may take some time for any sort of healing to take place.   I always recommend people to continue to work with licensed medical practitioners that they  are comfortable with, and to continue taking any prescribed medication as they have been instructed  and to keep all of their appointments required by their medical practitioners.  And that, together, both my healing sessions and the care being conducted by their medical  practitioners are both essential.

Refunds & Shipping Policy

 

Returns

 

Our refund policy is All Sales, including sales from all spiritual readings which have been completed within their agreed time frames are final. Unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange after this period.   If it's a merchandize, to be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.  If a request for a full reading refund is made during the first 10 minutes of any reading, then a full refund to the unsatisified customer shall be made.  Otherwise, as already indicated above, no refunds shall be made from paid spiritual readings which have been completed within their  agreed time frames.

 

Refunds (if applicable)

 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

 

 

Exchanges (if applicable)

 

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at ronreadings777@gmail.com and send your item to: 6579 Fruitgift Place Columbia MD United States 21045.

ShippingOur products are shipped within 24 Hours using the following carriers: USPS   . To return your product, you should mail your product to:6579 Fruitgift Place, Columbia MD United States 21045. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. If you are shipping an item over $50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
